For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post, Express Service. Delivery is a flat fee of $10, for orders over $100.00 delivery is free
Metropolitan areas please allow 1-4 working days (from time of despatch)
Rural areas please allow 4-7 working days (from time of despatch)
At Fred Bare we pride ourselves on providing a quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us. If something isn’t right we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
If you would like to return/exchange an item(s) please notify us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of the purchase date. We will then forward you a return authorisation number, please note this number on your original invoice, to be included in the returned parcel.

Please note the following
1. Fred Bare will exchange or refund items within 14 days of purchase at your own postage cost.
2. You need to send the original receipt/invoice with your returned item(s).
3. Fred Bare strongly suggests that you use insured registered mail as Fred Bare is not liable for lost returned parcels.
4. There is no exchange or refunds on sale items.
5. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Fred Bare, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.
6. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with all their labels attached.
7. Due to health regulations swimwear and tights cannot be returned or refunded. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
Goods can be returned if they are defective/faulty. You should inspect the Fred Bare item(s) as soon as you receive them for any defects or damage. Please note that we must be notified within 14 days via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the faulty garments explaining what is wrong. After that we will issue a replacement if available or, if required by the customer a refund. In the case of damaged or faulty garments, the cost of returning the garments will be reimbursed to the customer.
We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on our web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.
